Lockett & Co recognise that in the current financial climate operators wishing to apply to sell alcohol and who require professional assistance have different needs with regard to funding the cost of making an application. Recognising this, Lockett & Co have developed our Options package to better suite the varying requirements of our customers. The Packages are as follows:

Option 1

Application cost from £495 + VAT plus cost of any newspaper advertisement plus the local Authority fee.

Option 2*

This Application is supported by our No Win Money back Guarantee (NWMBG) on the Lockett fee element of the cost.

Option 3*

We provide a suitable scale drawing for premises up to 1500 sq ft (quotations for larger premises available upon request) to satisfy the statutory requirements under the 2003 licensing Act. This application is also then supported by our No Win Money Back Guarantee (NWMBG) on the Lockett & Co fee element of the cost.
